Arthur Fefferman
Arthur Fefferman Arthur Fefferman founded AFC in 1988. He is instrumental in both principal and advisory transactions. Arthur spearheads the firm's principal transactions.

In 1976 he co-founded Sybedon Corporation, a highly regarded national real estate firm specializing in investment banking, development, syndication, consulting and advisory services, where he remained as a principal through 1988.Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Grand Prix Replica His accomplishments include the redevelopment and financing of a number of distinguished national historic landmark office, hotel and residential properties in New York City, Philadelphia, Richmond, New Orleans and San Diego.

His efforts were instrumental in the passage of the 1976 Federal tax legislation providing for investment tax credits for low-income housing and historic preservation. As a developer, he was responsible for several unique New York City projects which were successful accomplishments of urban redevelopment through public/private initiatives ("Privatization").

Mr. Fefferman has acted as a consultant/advisor to Breitling Chronomat Replica a number of major institutions and development firms in the area of loan work-outs, asset recovery, strategic planning and recapitalization. Clients have included the Royal Bank of Canada, Sterling National Bank, Olympia & York and Citibank.

He has held senior executive positions with the investment banking firms of Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette and Sonnenblick-Goldman Corp., where he was primarily involved in the management of several publicly held real estate mortgage and equity investment funds (REITS).

A native of Canada, Mr. Fefferman is a graduate of Sir George Williams University (Montreal) and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago with a concentration in economic and urban studies.
