Michael Feldman

Michael Feldman Michael P. Feldman is an Associate Managing Director with the firm. Mr. Feldman is chiefly responsible for securing financing on multi-family, retail, office, industrial and hospitality transactions throughout the United States. He has extensive, in-depth knowledge for sourcing, structuring and placing transactions. Since joining AFC in 2007, Mr. Feldman quickly established a reputation for taking a difficult transaction and successfully converting it into a seamless process that culminates with a timely funding.

Prior to joining AFC, Mr. Feldman was a senior private banker with The New York Mortgage Company, a division of Indymac Bank and credit officer for The Park Avenue Mortgage Company. Before his career in real estate finance, Mr. Feldman worked on several feature films as a location manager in Los Angeles for various studios such as Sony Pictures and Fox Entertainment.

Mr. Feldman’s memberships and professional affiliations include Urban Land Institute (ULI); President of Suffolk Homes Condominium Association Board; N3 Business Society; Licensed New York State Salesperson; Young Real Estate Professionals Society of New York.

Mr. Feldman is conversant in Spanish and Czech. He has traveled the world, having visited over forty countries in five continents.

Mr. Feldman’s formal education was at the University of Rochester; where he received a BA in Political Science. Mr. Feldman was the recipient of the Rush Rhees Scholarship for scholastic achievement in 1997.
